The Department of Management and Public Administration actively develops international partnerships in the field of education, science, and academic mobility. From June 9 to June 11, 2026, the V International Scientific Conference "Crisis Management - Civil Protection - Rescue" took place at the State Professional and Technical University (Suwalki, Republic of Poland). From February 23, 2026, to May 29, 2026, our students participated in the virtual academic mobility program "Disability Management and Social Work in Times of Crisis and Conflict: The Ukrainian Case" at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. From February 13, 2026, to April 24, 2026, within the framework of the joint online module of the COIL project "Global Climate Change and Decarbonization: Intercultural Exchange" as part of academic mobility, students and staff from NUVHP were sent for virtual learning to the Caribbean University, Mexico. On June 3, 2025, an International Scientific Conference took place in Moravany nad Váhom (Slovak Republic)«Akcenty zdravotnej a sociálnej starostlivosti: imperatív spojených nádob».The organizers were the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava and the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice.Ukraine was represented at the conference by Professor of the DepartmentPetro Skrypchuk,,Halyna Shpak, Ruslan Chata, and Mykola Vasilyuk-Polyushek, who presented a scientific report titled "Organic Production: Economic and Social Efficiency."
Associate Professor of the DepartmentAnton Shinkarukmanaged the Jean Monnet Module project on public relations, communications, and media in the European Union from 2023 to 2025, which was implemented at the Department of Management and Public Administration.
The basis of the module isthe projectnot problem-oriented learning, serious games, thematic research, and research on public relations and communications in the EU and Ukraine. The key methodology includes public relations and communications simulations, modeling and scenarios for communication campaigns, shaping public opinion, crisis campaigns, fact-checking and fake news, consultations, and joint workshops with local authorities.The projecthas created a network of EU-Ukraine experts in public relations and communications. The form of education is a school for practitioners and master's students, NGOs, administrations, remote learning (blended learning), serious gaming events.
