Theory and practice in action: future specialists in automation and robotics visited "ELAKS" π¬
On May 26, students of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Energy, Automation and Water Management of NUWGP, studying under the educational and professional program 'Automation and Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics', visited the production site of PrJSC 'ELAKS' in Rivne. The excursion took place under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics Serhii Stets, marking another step in the development of partnership between the institute and the production sector.

For future engineers, this visit was a wonderful opportunity to see the integration of modern technologies into real industrial processes. The company 'ELAKS', which has specialized in the development of electric drive and automation systems for over 30 years, demonstrated the complete cycle of creating high-tech solutions to the students.

Together with instructor Serhii Stets, students closely familiarized themselves with each stage of production:
Design: development of innovative technical solutions and programming of complex control systems.
Manufacturing: direct assembly and installation of modern industrial equipment.
Testing: thorough testing, tuning, and preparation of systems for commissioning.Students visually confirmed how the theoretical knowledge in automation and robotics they acquire in the classrooms of NUWGP is implemented at leading enterprises in the country.

Synergy of education and business
Such interaction is a logical continuation of systemic cooperation. It should be noted that earlier, the company 'ELAKS' transferred modern training stands from Schneider Electric to the institute for studying relay protection and frequency-controlled electric drives. Today's visit to the production facility allowed students to better understand the principles of operation of this equipment on the scale of real industrial projects.

In addition to practical experience, the meeting opened new career horizons for the youth. Representatives of PrJSC 'ELAKS' emphasized their readiness to support talented students and invited them to an internship with great opportunities for future official employment!
