Transfer and renewal of studies

Transfers are usually made duringwinter or summer vacations.

You cansubmit an applicationfor transfer:

Within the University:to another educational program, another mode of study (full-time/part-time) or another source of funding (state budget/contract).

From another higher education institution:with the possibility of retaining a state order place.

Important conditions:

Level of education:Transfer is possible only to the same level of education, to the same or lower year of study.

Academic difference:The commission analyzes your previous academic results to confirm your ability to master a new program.

State order:Transfers between higher education institutions with retention of budget places occur twice a year (February and July) and no later than 6 months before the completion of studies.

⚠️ Restrictions:Transfers in the 1st year of bachelor's studies (based on PZSO) and in the last graduation semesterare prohibited(except for health reasons).

Reinstatement to studies

If you have been expelled, you have the right to reinstatement regardless of the reasons for expulsion or the duration of the break.

Day form:renewal during the holidays.

Correspondence form:during the non-theoretical training period.

What you need to know:

First year:Renewal for the 1st year of study (based on PSCO) is prohibited. Renewal for the 2nd year is only possible if the 1st-year plan is fully completed.

Change of specialty:When renewing for a different specialty (or from a foreign higher education institution), you must meet the admission requirements that were in effect in the year your course began.

Refusal:The university can refuse renewal if the assessment results indicate an inability to successfully complete the educational program.
