Reception of delegations

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Higher Education, to fulfill the requirements of the Procedure for organizing and ensuring the secrecy regime in state authorities, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 18, 2013, No. 939 (as amended), the Statute of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management, the order of NUWGP dated June 3, 2019, No. 00326 on the approval of the Instruction for documenting Management information in electronic form and organizing work with electronic documents at NUWGP, and other regulatory legal acts in the field of international cooperation, as well as the order of the rector of NUWGP No. 77 dated February 3, 2025.«On the approval of the Procedure for receiving foreign delegations, groups, and individual foreigners at NUWGP.»,establishedProcedure for receiving foreign citizens.

1. In "IDoc-NUWGP" in the template "Official Memorandum" no later than 5 days before the reception, the structural unit of the university that initiates the reception of foreigners preparesan official memorandum regarding the reception of foreigners at NUWGP.

Documents regarding the organization of the reception of foreigners must be agreed upon:
- Head of the Department / Head of the Structural Unit;
- Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute;
- Head of the International Cooperation and Migration Issues Center -Tyimoschuk I.O..;
- Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Migration Issues -Vlasjuk H.M.;
- head of the special department - Bondarenko V.Y.

Signs:
- vice-rector for research and international relations -Savina N.B.
Considers:
- leading specialist in information and protocol-visa
support of the MSO Center -Tuz M.V.

2. It is necessary to prepareProgram for the reception of foreign citizens at NUVHPin three paper copies.

Signs:
- head of the structural unit responsible for the reception of foreigners.

Agreed:
- head of the MCO Center -Tymoshchuk I.O.;
- head of the special department - Bondarenko V.Ya.

3. Based on the results of the reception of foreigners, it is necessary to submit to the MCO CenterREPORTin three copies within 10 days.
