Project Objectives:

• development and implementation of a Roadmap covering all aspects of integration and adaptation of international students;

• improvement of the quality of education and administrative services for international students, provision of information support for international students;

• Enhancement of the qualifications of administrative and academic staff;

• creation of a tolerant multicultural international environment in Ukrainian higher education institutions, promotion of the values of cultural diversity in Ukrainian society.

Expected results:

• Comfortable and high-quality education and living conditions for international students and stakeholders involved in the project.

• Trained academic and administrative staff of the higher education institution.

• Improving the quality of education and administrative services.

• Creating a favorable environment for international students.

Project activities:

• Studying the EU experience to implement best practices in higher education institutions in Ukraine.

• Analyzing the university's activities for updates.

• Developing the potential for internationalization.

• Modernization of administrative procedures.

• Developing a calendar plan for network scientific and cultural events.

• Developing and implementing a roadmap for the integration and adaptation of international students.

• Developing and testing a course for the adaptation of international students.
