Exchange Program
Exchange program at the University of Newcastle
For whom: students in their 2nd to 4th year of undergraduate studies and first-year master's students.
Number of scholarships – 2.
The scholarship covers the cost of travel to the University of Newcastle and back to Rivne, accommodation in NU student dormitories, expenses related to studies and stay in the UK during the exchange program.

Requirements for students: minimum level of English - B2, good academic performance, high motivation!
Necessary documents:

scan of the international passport;
-
CV in English (using the Europass template);

motivation letter in English (why you want to participate in the program, what your expectations are, etc.)

certificate/reference of English language proficiency;

the list of subjects and modules you will study at the University of Newcastle, chosen in conjunction with the curator or head of the department, and which will be credited to you at NUVHP - completed and signed by the curator and the director of the Institute;individual plan;
-
certificate from the dean's office with an academic performance record for the last semester or academic year in Ukrainian and English.

All participants who meet the requirements and submit a complete set of documents will receive an invitation for an interview and a link to the nomination application form.
Note: According to the CMU Resolution on the procedure for crossing the border by male education seekers -https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/366-2024-%D0%BF#Text:
"In the event of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, the crossing of the state border by male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 22, who are studying full-time for a bachelor’s (medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary) degree in higher education institutions of Ukraine of state or communal ownership, and who under the Procedure for implementing the right to academic mobility, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on August 12, 2015, No. 579 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 66, p. 2183; 2022, No. 42, p. 2290), are participants in educational academic mobility programs and are going to study at foreign educational institutions, is carried out by authorized officials of the State Border Service provided that the rules for crossing the state border of Ukraine are followed, and confirming documents are available.
Confirming documents for education seekers in higher education institutions of Ukraine of state or communal ownership who are participants in educational academic mobility programs include:
- a certificate from the higher education institution of Ukraine regarding the referral of the program participant for studying in a foreign educational institution, specifying the basis for cooperation, duration of the academic semester abroad, absence of negative grades and instances of retaking credits and exams over the last two semesters (half-year), and confirmation of the education seeker’s proficiency in the language of instruction at the foreign educational institution;
- a copy of the academic mobility agreement, certified by the educational institution of Ukraine in the established manner;
- e-ticket of the student (pupil), verified by the Diia Portal using electronic devices through scanning or entering a unique electronic identifier;
-military accounting documents with corresponding marks from the district (united district), city (district in cities, united city) territorial center for recruitment and social support.
Students of higher education institutions in Ukraine of state or communal ownership who participate in educational academic mobility programs can stay abroad continuously for no longer than the duration of an academic semester.
