Ensures the implementation of the University’s informatization strategy, the development and stable functioning of its information infrastructure.

The department is responsible for the implementation of modern IT solutions, administration and security of information systems, web resources, and the University’s network.

Main areas of activity include:

• supporting and developing a unified information space of the University and its integration with global information resources;
• providing informational support for educational, scientific, administrative, and economic processes;
• organizing the accumulation, storage, and access to electronic resources and databases;
• participating in the implementation of programs and projects for the development of information technologies;
• controlling information security and creating comprehensive information protection systems;
• interacting with structural units and organizations on IT matters, providing consulting and methodological support;
• conducting training and seminars on new technologies;
• preparing plans, reports, and executing management assignments.
