The Institute of Postgraduate Education (IPE) of the National University of Water Management and Nature Management executed a state contract with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service regarding the provision of services for the professional development of civil servants and local government officials (No. 235 dated September 25, 2025).
From September to November 2025, 1183 individuals underwent professional development training in 48 groups at the IPE, including 171 individuals under the general professional (certificate) program for the professional development of civil servants holding positions in category 'B'; 234 individuals under the general professional (certificate) program and the general short-term program for the professional development of civil servants and local government officials on prevention of corruption and ensuring integrity; 325 individuals under the general professional (certificate) program for the professional development of civil servants holding positions in category 'V'; 105 individuals under the general short-term program for the professional development of civil servants and local government officials: 'Communication and Interaction'; 143 individuals under the general short-term program for the professional development of civil servants and local government officials: 'Perception of Change'; 56 individuals under the general short-term program for the professional development of civil servants holding positions in category 'B': 'Implementation of Change'; 149 individuals under the general short-term program for the professional development of civil servants: 'Digital Literacy of Civil Servants'.
During the execution of the state order by the NASDC, training was conducted for civil servants from 36 institutions across 19 regions of Ukraine, namely: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv.
Letters of thanks with positive feedback about the high level of organization and conduct of training on relevant program topics, agreed upon with the NASDC, are being received at the NUWMP and IPE.
