History
I. INITIAL PERIOD
1915.
Members of the Technical Society for the Promotion of Education (a group of professors and lecturers from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute) founded the Kyiv Secondary Agricultural Hydraulic Technical School – the hydraulic engineering school.
1918 year.January
Participation in the battle of Kruty as part of the Auxiliary Company of the Student Sich Riflemen under the command of Captain Omelchenko.
1920
The school was transformed into the reclamation department of the Kyiv Agricultural Technical School.
1922
The Kyiv Irrigation College named after Hrynko (KMT) was established based on the irrigation department of the Kyiv Agricultural College.

Kyiv Melioration College has been renamed to Kyiv Engineering Melioration College (KIMT).
1926.

II. Period of World War II
1941.July
