Trade Union Committee of NULES— is the executive body that represents and protects the rights and legitimate interests of students and staff of the university.

The main tasks of the trade union committee include:

- protection of labor, social and economic rights of union members;
- coordination of commission activities;
- resolving issues related to working conditions, workloads, and rest.

Representation and protection of rights
The trade union committee acts as a representative and defender of the rights of union members before the university administration.

Social protection
Participates in the development and approval of collective agreements concerning working conditions, payment, workload, payments, and bonuses for union members.

Public control
Monitors compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory acts governing the rights of workers.

Organizational activities
Holds meetings, rallies, and other events to protect the interests of union members.

Admission to the union
Membership in the union is voluntary.
To join, it is necessary to submit an application to the primary trade union organization.
