The system of interaction with graduates of Ukrainian universities is a strategic tool for development, digital transformation and sustainability.
Project goal
ALMEX aims to transform graduate engagement in Ukrainian universities into a strategic tool for institutional development, social impact, and economic resilience. Graduates are an accessible but underutilized resource capable of driving change with minimal investment. The initiative creates structured, scalable, and sustainable models of graduate engagement, integrating them into university governance and actively involving them in mentoring students, career development programs, and modernizing curricula according to industry needs. By implementing digital transformation — through CRM systems that align with the development of modern Alumni Engagement models, combining digital CRM solutions, analytical dashboards, mentoring and career programs for engaging graduates, integrating them into university governance, and actively involving them in mentoring students, career development programs, and modernizing curricula — ALMEX ensures continuous learning, collaboration
with business and long-term engagement of graduates.
Project objectives
- Transforming the system of interaction with graduates of Ukrainian universities into a strategic tool for development, digital transformation, and sustainability;
- developing modern models of Alumni Engagement, combining digital CRM solutions, analytical dashboards, mentoring and career programs for engaging graduates;
- implementing digital transformation — through CRM systems and online platforms for career development;
- forming regional graduate networks;
- integrating new approaches to management and quality of education in accordance with European standards.
