• Accrual of credits received during studies at NUVGP at the chosen foreign HEI under the active Dual Degree program;
• Receiving diplomas upon graduation: European standard from the mentioned universities and Ukrainian state standard;
• Two-semester study at the chosen university abroad, which involves preparing a master's thesis (project) and defending it to receive a diploma.

Conclusion of an international agreement (memorandum) on cooperation between partner universities.
2. Formation of working groups of departments at partner universities at the level of educational institutions or graduating departments, appointment of a program coordinator.
3. Coordination of curricula (appendix to the agreement, agreed annually) and formulation of the Protocol of compliance of disciplines based on learning outcomes.
4. Conclusion of an agreement on the implementation of the dual degree program in a specific specialty, detailing the educational process, conditions and terms of study; method of crediting / re-credible / re-examination of learning outcomes; financial conditions; language of instruction, etc.
5. Announcement of a competition (conditions and selection criteria; deadlines, documents for submission).
6. Dissemination of information for students about the possibility of studying under the dual degree program.

A student participating in the dual degree program submits 2 packages of documents:
1st packet of documents - to the technical secretary of the selection committee of the Institute for a specialty, namely:
- according to the requirements of the Admission Rules at NUWGP for the current academic year;
- a student's application for admission to the double degree program;
2nd packet of documents - to the program coordinator for the specialty at the foreign university, namely:
- a bachelor's diploma and its supplement (apostilled, translated into Polish, and notarized);
- CV (in English or Polish);
- 1 page of the foreign passport;
- an academic performance transcript (for the first year of the master's program);
- 8 photos as for a foreign passport, one of which is scanned;
- a certificate of foreign language proficiency;
- a medical certificate of the established sample.

1. According to the documents submitted by the student, the competitive selection is conducted at the departments and the Institute by competitive commissions, which include a representative of the Institute's leadership, the guarantor of the educational program, the Program coordinator from the Institute, and a representative of the Center for International Cooperation of NUVHP.
   2. The applicant enrolls in the dual degree program at NUVHP and the foreign partner university, namely:
   - a student with a bachelor's degree first enrolls in the master's program at NUVHP and has one year or one semester (depending on the university) to consider whether to participate in the dual degree program. Only then does he electronically register to confirm enrollment at the foreign partner university.

1. The Center for International Cooperation sends the students' documents to the foreign university to obtain an invitation for study.
2. The foreign university sends an invitation for study to the students.
3. The Center for International Cooperation provides consultations to students participating in the dual degree program regarding obtaining a study visa type 'D'; filling out questionnaires and registration forms online in a foreign language; and apostille on educational documents.
4. The Institute issues an order for the student's study under the dual degree program.
5. The student formalizes a bilateral agreement for study and an individual study plan at the Institute's directorate.
6. The Director of the Institute organizes the educational process for master's preparation under the dual degree program at NUVHP.
