Implementation Procedure

Forresearch and educational/teaching/other staff:

The selection of participants for international AM programs at the University is conducted by the selection committee.

The personal composition of the University’s selection committee for the selection of participants in international AM programs is approved by the rector's order.. 

The basis for carrying out international AM programs is:

- a cooperation agreement (memorandum);

- a partnership agreement;

- an international AM agreement concluded between the University and the participant of the international AM program.

 The selection of a participant for the international AM program at the first stage is conducted by the selection committee, to which the participant submits the following documents:

1)   an application form according to the requirements of the international AM program;

2)   CV / resume (in a foreign language according to the program requirements);

3)  motivation letter;

4) list of scientific publications and other achievements;

5)  document confirming the level of foreign language proficiency;

6)  certificate of scientific and pedagogical activity level (for the year);

7) excerpt from the department meeting regarding the recommendation for participation in the international AM program (appendix 1);

8) copy of passport (1 page)


The preparation of the order for sending the program participant of the international AM to the foreign partner institution under the international AM program is carried out by the MSO Center based on the submitted documents:

1) application for foreign business trip under the international AM program, which is approved by the director of the Institute/department head (appendix 4);

2) excerpt from the minutes of the selection committee meeting (except in cases of p. 4.5) (appendix 5);

3) original/scan copy of the personal invitation to participate in the international AM program (in case according to p. 4.5);

4) contracts for the implementation of the international AM program.
