Procedure for implementing credit mobility for students of NUVHP

STEP 1: Announcement and conduct of the competition

1. Conclusion of an agreement between partner higher education institutions

2. Agreement by representatives of partner higher education institutions on specific terms and conditions for implementing the Program.

3. Conclusion of an inter-institutional agreement (educational process, conditions and terms of study, financial and recruitment requirements, number of participants, method of credit transfer).
4. Announcement of the competition for the relevant mobility program and dissemination of information about the conditions, deadlines, and required documents among the target audience.
5. Submission of documents to the CME for participation in the competition:

· CV (in English or Polish);

· transcript of academic performance for the last year or semester;

· list of publications or other achievements;

· certificate of foreign language proficiency

· motivation letter;

· copy of the 1st page of the foreign passport.

6Creation of the competition commission.

STEP 2: Preparation of documents by the student

In case of winning the Academic Mobility Program, the student submits the following documents to the Center for International Cooperation and Education:
- student's application;
- copy of the invitation;
- individual study plan;
- bilateral agreement between NUWEP and the student;
- tripartite agreement.

STEP 3: Mobility arrangement

1. Arrangement of the individual study plan for the student participating in academic mobility.

2. The student mobility center issues an order on the academic mobility of the student based on the complete package of documents.

3. The official direction of participants in the educational process of NUWGP abroad is carried out by the student mobility center.O.

STEP 4: Return of the student after academic mobility

After return to the University the participant of the program international AM submits:

The recognition of the results of international educational activities of Ukrainian participants is carried out based on creditsECTS.

Content of educational components and the volume of academic workload completed by the participant at the partner institution. confirmed academic certificate or other analogous document, issued such an institution according to with partnership agreementaccording to the Procedure for transferring learning outcomes for AM programs at the NationalWater University householdsandnatural resource management.
