OPP "Personnel Management" Level I of Higher Education

The National University of Water Management and Nature Resources, Department of Labor Resources and Entrepreneurship invites academic staff, learners, employers, representatives of government authorities, and the professional community to participate in a public discussion on the project of the educational and professional program 'Human Resource Management' of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty D3 'Management' of the knowledge area  D 'Business, Administration, and Law'

Qualification: Bachelor in Management (educational program: Human Resource Management).

The educational and professional program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks in the field of organizational and personnel management, making well-founded management decisions, working in conditions of uncertainty, demonstrating leadership qualities, and effectively interacting in teams.

The educational program is focused on forming modern management thinking, developing analytical and communication skills, as well as mastering relevant HR management tools, particularly through the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence tools.

The following aspects of the program are proposed for discussion:

·  program competencies and learning outcomes;

·  a list of components of the educational and professional program and their logical sequence.
